Refund policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Last updated: 25 August 2026

At Elements Interior Design Studio, our digital products are carefully created to provide professional colour and interior design guidance.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, including downloadable guides, PDFs, colour guides, checklists, templates, digital collections and other downloadable resources, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has been supplied or made available for download.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the product is suitable for your needs.

Faulty or Incorrect Digital Products

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or believe the digital product is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a digital product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.

International Customers

Customers purchasing from outside Australia may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of their country or region.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unauthorised Sharing

Digital products purchased from Elements Interior Design Studio are licensed to the original purchaser for personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

Digital files, download links and purchased materials must not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded, published, shared or made available to another person or organisation without prior written permission from Elements Interior Design Studio.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership to the purchaser.

2. CONSULTATION CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Elements Interior Design Studio consultations involve preparation and dedicated appointment time reserved specifically for each client.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us as early as possible.

We request at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

Where sufficient notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer your booking to another available appointment.

Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Consultations cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be non-refundable because appointment time and preparation have already been allocated to the client.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may also result in the consultation fee being forfeited.

Where exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us and we will consider the circumstances reasonably.

Preparation and Information

Clients are responsible for providing requested photographs, plans, questionnaires, colour selections, inspiration images and other relevant project information within any timeframe specified before the consultation.

Insufficient or late information may limit the recommendations that can reasonably be provided during the consultation.

Our Cancellations

If Elements Interior Design Studio needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will offer an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund where required.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
